I understand Puppy Heirlooms will make an appointment for a  veterinarian health check (required for shipping and shipping arrangements) once Puppy Heirlooms has the following 3 requirements: 1. my signed purchase agreement  2. the sale contract and 3. when Puppy Heirlooms has received my deposit amount of ___________________.  I understand when Puppy Heirlooms recieves the final purchase, I will then receive the sale confirmation number, shipping comfirmation number and flight travel information..
